I sent an email to Mss Shaffer to remember her that we have an schedule for a meeting pending.

I received an email from Eileen Shaffler requesting my availability to set up the meeting and I answered and I am waiting for her response to meet her.

I was in their office and I just can talk with the front desk in office 601 which provided me a lot of information of how to contact different persons, but I cannot set up an appointment if I do not fill the form online. I explained what happened and why I opted to be in the office, but she told me that the only way is wait until they reach me by email.

I tried again to fill the application form in their website and it direct me to a web site developer phone number which help me to fill the form again, but we had to do this like a four time. I did not know that the person was not a member of the Arc of Loudoun instead he was a third party contractor which encourage me to tell the Arc about the difficult to fill correctly the required form. Finally, He told me that someone will contact me

I tried to request an appointment for an interview and also to get therapies for my daughter but there was a form in the web-page which I fill many times and error occurred most of the time, so I decided to insist next day.
