GW Community Response to COVID-19

Day 6 of SummerTrek. Today's session was dedicated to project work. The COVID-19 group organized their task responsibilities and gathered research. The end product and its delivery was discussed, along with the timeline of the project.

Worked directly with students to get their social media campaign on climate change finalized

First tutor session with Cardozo senior. We worked on the first math assignment which focused on polynomials. We solved problems such as polynomial addition/subtraction, and solving polynomial functions. We were able to increase his assignment grade from 12% to 64%.

Team meeting prep session. We discussed the logistics of tomorrow's session and the allocation of time. We also discussed further plans about what the end of the program would look like.

Prep for the Students Project

Went through the last part of the curriculum to discuss what should be cut and what should be accomplished.
