I am a PhD student in the Department of Clinical Research and Leadership at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. My dissertation research focuses on implementing transitional care interventions to improve hospital-to-home transitions for older adults with cognitive impairments, including Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias.
