This was my second time teaching and it was great. Me and my partner taught the students how to add and subtract fractions with unlike denominators. The students were really engaged and seemed to get the concept. Almost everything went smoothly there were some time management problems and internet issues but nothing to major. Overall, I had a nice experience and would do it again.
Me and my partner taught students how to graph and interpret points on a coordinate plane. It was a great learning experience and I would do it again. The students were smart, respectful and were engaged most of the time during class. I don't really have any negative critiques to give because everything went smoothly.
This was my last lesson plan. I had to turn my first lesson plan into a virtual one. It was easier because me and my partner already knew the website we were going to use to teach the lesson. It was a lot of work to go through the lesson plan and change all the in person things to a virtual one but since we did it before it wasn't that bad.
This was my first time observing a science class and I loved it. From the beginning the teacher was so nice and encouraged me to participate with the class. The students were also welcoming of me and asked me some questions to get to know me more. The lesson itself was so engaging and gave me a refresher of food chains and the flow of energy. I also learned about a black woman who was a famous scientist in the beginning of class which I thought was so cool. Me and the students learned history and science in the same class.

Me and my partner had to brainstorm to think of a fun in-person class activity that would keep the students engaged and interested. We also had to think of the student responses and how we would respond to them. In addition we had to make a whole bunch of worksheets and a PowerPoint because it went with the lesson we have. It was a lot but because of the first lesson plan we were used to it a little.
This was my first time making a lesson plan. It took a while to fill out everything with my partner and think of ideas for an in-person class. It was also a long process to think of ways to keep students engaged and interested throughout the lesson. We also had to think of the kind of responses they would give in our lesson and what we would then respond with. But this experience was worth it. I never knew how long it took and how much details teachers put in their lesson plan until I did this.
I observed a 6th grade math class virtually and enjoyed every minute of it. The teacher was really friendly and even allowed me to be apart of the class. I felt like I was back in 6th grade and learned the concepts all over again. It was super fun and the students seemed to all be engaged and understood what they were being taught.
This was my first time observing a class virtually and it was great. The teacher was nice and laid back and the students were funny and engaged. It was nice to see so many students excited and engaged especially in a virtual setting. Both the students and the teacher had a nice fun dynamic and it was nice to watch. I learned so much from this experience and I would definitely do it again.
