Meeting with Rachel Urkowitz at the GW Textile Museum to coordinate planning for the final Earth Day temporary swap on April 22.
Meeting with Remix Your Loop to coordinate the general plan for targeting the goals of the temporary swaps to directly support the work of a long term permanent thrift store at GW.

Coordinating data collection plan; discussion on event logistics, review of consumer survey for collection on Monday, 02/24/2020 and the events moving forward. Adjusting the Project spreadsheet.
Creation of the Project Summary Statement, an additional, non-curricular document for the meeting with Sustainable GW and for future presentations.
Coordinating internal group meetings, acting in an administrative role to delegate tasks, and developing an internal spreadsheet for benchmarking service hours.
Pardon the delay, I haven't yet transferred over my hours from the internal spreadsheet we have been keeping and GW Serves. I am going ahead and doing that now.
During the week of February 10th, I prepared for and had a conference call with Rethread D.C. and the D.C. Sustainable Fashion Collective. I then had a meeting with Professor Scully to discuss the viability of our project. I then had a meeting with Kimberly Williams to discuss the logistics of coordinating our temporary clothing swaps with the existing programs (specifically Remix Your Loop) at Sustainable GW.
