This was such an interesting day of service. I really enjoyed looking at these older documents and reviewing the text. While I had a hard time typing on my own, I was extremely impressed when reviewing the text that other people transcribed. The theme from our speakers earlier of giving opportunities to more people was so relevant in this act of service and I was thrilled to be a part of it.
It was extremely easy to do and I hope to continue volunteering through GW and the Smithsonian.

Volunteering at A Wider Circle was extremely easy and very well organized. I will say however, there were so many volunteers it was sometimes hard to find work, but we were also serving on one of the most populated days of the week.
