We went to District commons to try to pick up oysters but there was a miscommunication between the manager and chefs. We talked to the chef directly about the program this time and they said that we can pick up next Monday. We also went to Ris to start the program with them and dropped off buckets for pick up the following Monday.

Went to district commons to pick up the buckets but there was a lack of communication to the chefs, so they did not have any shells to pick up. Went to Ris as well, who seemed enthusiastic about joining again. However, they will not have oysters on their menu until next week. We gave them a bucket and exchanged contact info so that when they start using oysters again, they will contact us
