We cleaned out pots of plants that were dead/hadn't grown, collected compost from Anthropology and brought it to the roof, and cleaned up around the room for the end of the semester!

During lunch shift #2, I helped kids sort between trash, recycling, and compost. I made sure items were placed in the correct bin, moved them when they were not properly disposed of, and guided children to the correct bin.

We mostly cleaned today, emptied out pots with no seedlings, sifted dirt, and swept. We also collected compost and brought it to the roof.

I volunteered at the Joyful Market at Center City PCS. I helped assemble bags of groceries for the students and gave out bags to students at dismissal. It was a really awesome experience and I am so glad this program exists!

Today we went to the anthropology department to check on the newly installed compost bin. Then we spent the majority of the time re-potting plans and cleaning up.
