As a first-generation college student, it is really important to me to be able to use the skills I learn at school in a way that contributes to the community I am in. CEC is a perfect way to do both of these things. Our partner organizations are doing truly meaningful, and amazing work in their programs, and being able to help them with operational challenges they face, to enable them to do their work more easily or elevate their programming is a really unique experience.
