I mopped and swept the floors, took out the trash, cleaned up for a work party they were having and sorted sandwiches. It was all pretty easy but seeing the place clean and everything sorted once you finish is very rewarding and the guy in charge was very nice.
Cleaned up from the morning's breakfast making. I scrubbed dishes and cutting boards for a very long time which wasn't too hard, there was just a lot of them. Once we finished we helped bag some fresh muffins.
I helped make breakfast. I worked the giant grill first by stirring the potatoes and everything that went in them to make sure they cooked all the way and after the potatoes were done they had me make a couple batches of scrambled eggs. It was entertaining to use a giant spatula to stir everything and there was a real estate company volunteering there with me and one of the ladies was a GW alumni so that was very cool.
