    Went to Patricia Handy Place for Women and helped serve dinner again. I have really built a relationship with a lot of the women and the volunteers there. It kind of feels like a family and I use the time I volunteer there to take a pause in my life.

    I really enjoyed going to N street village shelter again. Seeing all the women's smiling faces made my day and I am thinking about going back multiple times a week.

    I really enjoyed my experience with the women homeless holster. I worked on the third floor with 54 women where we helped serve all of them chicken quesadillas and beans for dinner. One thing that really stuck out to me was a deaf person came in and when she found out I knew sign language she got so excited because no one in the homeless shelter knows sign language or is deaf. I had really good time helping the community and would really love to go back again

    Absolutely loved working with DC greens. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful experience. Gardening was super therapeutic and it was for a great cause. Will do again!
