I spent the morning helping prepare materials for an event where families can create their own reusable bags. I processed plastic bags into into a stiff material that will be used to make reusable bags. It felt good to do this because I was able to spend my time doing something that will help others and make their lives better.

The ADPi girls cooked a ton of pasta and asked for $6 for a bowl of it. We ate and talked for two hours and kept encouraging people to come get pasta.

Cleaning up trash is always a really good way of giving back to the community I grew up in. We have always had a trash issue and it is great to see the area looking so clean.

I shoveled snow from driveways of elderly neighbors. It is required that each household shovel their driveways to create a safe pathway for the public to walk, and I helped multiple neighbors shovel their driveways and keep them clear throughout the snowstorm.

I picked up trash in bins and trash bags all around the sailing marina with my teammates. Great way to start the morning by cleaning up Mother Nature.

I always find it very fulfilling when we do our team marina cleanups. We usually spend around 12 hours a week at the marina sailing so it is a very important venue to us as a team. It is sad when we see other people making the marina messy and it is very gratifying to be able to do our part as a team to correct that. There is also a lot of interesting wildlife at the marina, especially the hawks that nest there, so it is important that our team continues to do our part in making it a cleaner place for them.

I helped clean up the Washington Sailing Marina, which has accumulated trash from the Potomac. It was a great experience and it is really nice to see the marina looking much cleaner.

My team and I got together to clean the Washington Sailing Marina. We sail there everyday so it is very important that it is a clean environment. We picked up trash from the ramp and the surroundings. It was also a great team bonding experience.

I helped clean up the Washington Sailing Marina, which can run off into the Potomac River. It was great to prevent some of that trash from affecting the river's ecosystem. It was a great experience and it is good to see the marina cleaner, hopefully it will stay that way for a while.
