GW Math Matters


In partnership with DC Public Schools, GWTeach and CityTutor DC, GW Math Matters provides high-impact math tutoring for middle school students in Washington, D.C. Tutors build math skills with middle school students while fostering meaningful relationships. Tutors receive quality training developed by GWTeach and the Nashman Center on providing math education and community engagement and service.

This opportunity is open to undergraduate and graduate students interested in STEM, education and tutoring. This is a semester-long commitment available to volunteers and Federal-Work Study students.
