People for Periods is a project in the Student Association with the mission of ensuring that all members of the GW community have access to a healthy, safe, and non-disruptive educational experience. P4P provides period products in 5 locations on campus: Elliott, Milken, Gelman, District House, and Ames, in the men's, women's, and gender neutral bathrooms. We strongly believe that period products should be available to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status or gender.
We restock every Wednesday and the time is flexible, you can restock whenever is most convenient for you and volunteers are only asked to restock one location. Additionally, volunteering is a very low commitment, you can volunteer once every week or every month, we have no specifications.
