We strive every day to provide the underserved residents in our community with the building blocks they each need to create a successful and personally meaningful life, a stable environment and a better future. Our caring, respectful, family-oriented approach helps strengthen the family unit by giving each family member the tools they need to live healthy, stable lives. Our wide-ranging programs address the array of challenges faced by homeless and low-income families with children. Our federally-qualified health center meets the primary healthcare needs of the un- and underinsured. Through our housing programs, homeless families find stable homes and case management services to link them with resources such as job referrals, counseling and housing. Our educational programs provide mentors and tutors to work with the children, to help them overcome the instability created by homelessness.
