The Store

The Store is a student-run food pantry at the George Washington University (GW) that is managed by the Store student organization and the Division for Student Affairs providing resources and support for students living with food insecurity. Over the past couple of years, the awareness of this need has increased on college campuses as students make hard choices about how to spend their limited resources. The Store was founded on the principles of Faith, Trust, and Respect and these values guide our work every day.  Our mission is to address student need at GW by offering food and other resources to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Monday: 12PM - 5PM 

Tuesday: 2PM - 7PM

Wednesday: 2PM - 7PM

Friday: 12PM - 5PM

Volunteering with The Store:

Volunteer at The Store, GW's on-campus food pantry! All volunteers must be GW students who have completed a volunteer training. After attending training, you will be eligible to sign up for volunteer shifts in The Store. Memberships requests will be accepted once you have attended a training session. We offer shifts every day that we are open.
