Workshop: Jumpstart and The Educational Opportunity Gap

All of the presenters did a great job providing information and made the space very safe and open for conversation and sharing.

It was a great workshop, and I was able to learn more about the communities that surround GW and how organizations like Jumpstart help these communities.

I really liked this workshop! There was a lot of key information that was expressed and that we discussed that were very beneficial. For future Jumpstart events I think that it would be interesting to, alongside having the statistics about income in DC wards, also having statistics for students who participate in Jumpstart to really showcase the impact Jumpstart has on young children.
