A HousingPLUS Empowerment Initiative

Jericho Village, an empowerment initiative of Agape Resource & Assistance Center, is a new attainable housing community in Wylie, TX designed to expand access to safe, stable, and desirable housing for individuals and families in Collin County.

With rent set on a sliding income-based scale and full wraparound support services—including childcare, transportation, workforce training, financial literacy, and counseling—Jericho Village will offer residents a true path toward long-term stability.

Now 99% complete and preparing to welcome its first residents in early 2026, Jericho Village will serve low-income career professionals and families, with most units dedicated to households earning below 50–80% AMI.

Your donation will help bring this community to life by funding:

  • Appliances, furnishings, and essential home provisioning
  • Final installations and finishing touches that transform each house into a home
