DC Falls Recovery Classes

DC Department on Aging and Safe at Home- Home Care Partners are teaming up to provide training on falls recovery for older adults throughout the district

Service: Students will run falls prevention and recovery training classes for adults at the senior centers throughout Washington DC.  Each student will do 3 sessions

 Friday June 21 1:00-2:00 (SE)

 Wednesday June 26 11:00-12:00  (NE)

 Tuesday July 2 1:00-2:00 (NE)

 Tuesday July 9 1:30-2:30 (SE)

 Wednesday July 10 11:00-12:00  (NW)

 Wednesday July 24 11:00-12:00 (NW)

Potential Project:  Develop materials related to falls prevention and recovery for participants
