APPLY TO BE A CKGW COUNSELOR!

You heard that right, counselor applications are officially OPEN. To apply, follow these directions:

 

1. Fill out the Google Form. 
2. Fill out the official app on Kesem Force

• On Kesem Force either make an account or login
• Go to 'Pick a Program'
• Select Camp Kesem at George Washington University from the drop down menu
• Click 'Register'

 

• Carefully consider who you’re listing as your references, think of people that can speak about your work ethic and/or you in a leadership role or as part of a team
• Make sure you’re sprinkling specific examples if and when you can. Examples do not have to be camp related at all, anything that exemplifies a skill or an achievement is awesome.
• It’s helpful to think about what Kesem’s mission is beyond the actual just being at camp, if you’re not completely sure what the org’s mission is just reach out to someone on VOL
• Remember that you don’t need to have any personal experience with cancer or with working with kids to be a meaningful part of our community, but we would love to hear why you’re interested in serving this community
• Think outside the box for special skills!
