About
The student will assist the Manager of Data & Evaluation with academic and youth development assessments which are used to measure the impact of our programming in literacy and social emotional learning. Student work will involve organizing and entering assessment data through Salesforce, the world’s #1 customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The student will also support the evaluation of assessment data based on the organization’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The student will create a report of Beginning-of-Year (BOY) assessments using our Key Performance Indicators, which can then be used by the organization for program success reports.
Partner Organization: Horton's Kids

We serve over 600 children and their families living in Wellington Park & Stanton Oaks - neighborhoods that have been profoundly impacted by decades of disinvestment and barriers to opportunity. General Student Expectations
This project is for students in the Community Engagement section of BADM 4001. Students must submit an application and be selected for a project before they can enroll.
Students serving five hours per week will meet the 70-hours of service expected for the course. Orientation, training, and work toward project goals, whether completed on or off-site, all contribute toward this requirement. Time spent traveling to/from site or completing course reflection assignments does not.
Projects will be available on a rolling basis, so students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
In Spring 2023, the Community Engagement section of BADM 4001 will meet Tuesdays, 3:45-4:35.
