Humanitarian OpenStreetMap is an international team dedicated to humanitarian action and community development through open mapping. We work together to provide map data which revolutionises disaster management, reduces risks, and contributes to achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Get trained by an expert on how to use the GIS maping system and map different unmapped areas globally throughout the week independently.
Service will kick off on Monday August 31st at 4:00pm with a training from the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap team and introduction to the service.
Individuals will work independently on the project before meeting again for reflection with their small group on Saturday, September 5th at 4:00pm.
